On behalf of the Little Budworth Parish Council the Liaison Committee would like to thank Jonathan Palmer (Chief Executive of Motor Sports Vision [M.S.V.], Oulton Park) for the donations towards both the cost of installing the telephone line in St Peter’s church and the running of the dog show, which will take place at the Village Fete on 1st July 2017.
Cora Cowap, one of the Little Budworth Parish Councillors, explained to Jonathan that a telephone line would not only benefit the church but also allow the village to advertise activities, taking place in Little Budworth, to a wider audience on the web. In the end the telephone line was installed free of charge so Oulton Park instead kindly provided money for 3 months line rental.
Cora also asked if Oulton Park would sponsor the dog show at the Village Fete on 1st July 2017. Cora explained to Jonathan that the show was a great asset to the fete in 2016, as it brought lots of people into the village, and helped raise funds. Jonathan kindly donated £200 towards the dog show.
On both occasions Jonathan and Oulton Park have been very generous.
The village is extremely grateful for the support.
