Important news for all residents – Local Government Boundary Commission draft recommendations.

The Local Government Boundary Commission (LGBC) has published draft recommendations for the electoral review of Cheshire West and Chester Council.  These recommendations include the draft proposal that the parish of Little Budworth remains within the Tarporley Ward.

The Little Budworth Parish Council hopes that those residents who responded to the initial consultation, on the proposed boundary changes, have already received a response from LGBC detailing the draft recommendations.

For those who did not respond to the initial consultation please see the link to the draft recommendations below (paragraph 111 contains the recommendation for Little Budworth and acknowledges the consultation comments from Little Budworth residents submitted during the first consultation):

These recommendations are only draft and residents must respond to the proposals:

The Parish Council believes Little Budworth residents will be very happy with the draft recommendations. However this is not the end of the story! It is important that ALL Little Budworth residents respond to the draft proposals supporting the recommendation that Little Budworth remains within the Tarporley Ward.

Comments can be submitted in several ways:

  1. If you responded to the initial consultation: replying to the email response you received from Dan Carlsson-Hyslop
  2. Email: reviews@lgbce.org.uk
  3. Write to: The Review Officer (Cheshire and Chester West), Local Government Boundary Commission for England, 14th Floor Millbank Tower, Millbank, London, SW1P 4QP
