Please can we enlist your help.
We have had reports of scrambler bikes on the Common again on Friday afternoon and Saturday last week. They are entering from Beech Road just after the junction with Coach Road, riding around the area down the bank to the pool. We have been informed that they are smart bikes, ridden by men, with cameras on their helmets. Unfortunately no one has been close enough to get registration numbers, they appear to come from the Coach road via A49.
With the weekend approaching, we would ask that is you see them again, please can you note the time / place and any other info. A photo on a phone would be useful.
It has been reported to the Police who suggest if they’re seen again to call 101 (non-emergency Police number) and quote incident number 455 and the date 17/02/2018 (date of the original report) plus any additional info that you can add.
